Black Forest cake- 10/10. Very delicious tea. But please 🙏 fill up the full tea pot 🫖 otherwise tea itself becomes too strong.

We ordered one éclair, one mille-feuille, and one sandwich. They took them out of the fridge and left them on the counter for more than 15 minutes. When I went to pick them up, they told me they would bring them to our table. We ended up waiting 20 minutes, just watching them sit at the counter. This was a really bad experience, and we will not come again.

I love the iced Spanish lattes here, I highly recommend them. Beautiful cafe with incredible service. Asia was so friendly and prepared my drink perfectly!

I am sorry but I am not used to writing too many negative reviews about restaurants that usually were good in my opinion. This Paul is a total negative compared to all the other Paul’s I’ve been to. Their filtered coffee came to me not so warm.. I then purchased a decaf, it tasted like water with brown food coloring .. I became upset and asked for tea… by the way, I ordered fruit tart and it came with plastic utensils.. well, the plastic fork did not work so I asked for proper metal fork. The waiter said they didn’t have any. I actually ate it by hand. Honestly, that was weird and unexpected from a Paul café. By the way, what added insult to injury was when I complained about the not so warm coffee, the gentleman behind the cashier, just looked at me and took the cup and said “I can make another one for you”. He didn’t say anything in the way of apologizing or showing empathy. I thought that was really weird. I mean you would expect “ we’re very sorry about that!” The noise level by all the children around was maddening .. do not try this Paul…

I am usually a Paul loyal customer and much prefer them over the other chains. Well, this branch won’t be getting any more business from me. Ordered a coffee and a cake “the eat in”. A cheap bendy and plastic knife and fork was given to me to eat my cake, and my coffee was delivered in a takeaway cup. I asked why, and was told - with a straight face - that they only have 7 china/ceramic cups, and all were either in use, or dirty. I looked around the room to see 2 in use, so the other 5 were dirty. Clearly the staff team of 4 had better things to do…. I won’t be back.

My daughters and I spent some time at Paul's on our mommy / daughter date. It was their first time at Paul's and my first time trying Paul's in Saudi Arabia, I've dined at Paul's in various cities in Europe. The cafe had a lovely ambiance and the staff was wonderful. We ordered a berry slice, 2 hot chocolates and an iced latte. The hot chocolate tasted powdery and not authentic like the hot chocolate Paul's is known for. I could have honestly made a better hot chocolate at home. The cake we ordered was a berry slice, it was untouched, we bought the first slice. It was hard, tasteless and dry. The highlight of the cake was the berries on top. We left quite disappointed at the standard of the drinks and cake. When I mentioned it to my husband, he was quite surprised as he frequents Paul's in other malls often and he only had good experiences to share. I am not sure if I will try another branch as there is so many great cafe's in Riyadh to choose from.

I had a cafe latte, a double espresso and an almond croissant. No ceramic cups, no metal utensils and the croissant didn’t taste fresh. 60 SAR. Sad.
