I had the worst experience in the Pink store at Granada Mall. I’m 8 months pregnant and I needed to buy something that was on the lower shelves. All the woman employees there saw me trying to get things out of the lower shelves and not even 1 offered me some help.
I finally realized that the reason I couldn’t find what I was looking for was because they had the clothes sizes mixed, so I had to go and ask someone to help me find the size I was looking for.
This girl simply referred me to a different area of the store and said I could find them there, pointing at the lower shelves again.
I was shocked because I couldn’t believe the lack of consideration that all the employees were showing.
I started to look for what I needed and, no surprise, it was not the same item I was looking for. I ended up going back to where I was initially, basically looking into every single shelve until I found what I needed. I ended up tired and sweating because of the effort of bending over when you have a big belly in the middle of your body.
I was in a hurry and I really needed to buy the items, but honestly, if this was just casual shopping I would’ve left the place immediately.
What is more shocking and unbelievable to me is that those woman employees did not show 1 grade of sympathy with an 8 month pregnant woman. I don’t understand how they can work at a store with customers showing zero skills of customer service.
I then went to another store and 1 man serviced me like no other. He carried my bags and was really attentive. He, who has never carried a baby in his body, was more comprehensive than those 5-6 ladies at the Pink store.
Totally disgusted and disappointed. I’m never going back to this store again.
