I had the worst experience in the Pink store at Granada Mall. I’m 8 months pregnant and I needed to buy something that was on the lower shelves. All the woman employees there saw me trying to get things out of the lower shelves and not even 1 offered me some help. I finally realized that the reason I couldn’t find what I was looking for was because they had the clothes sizes mixed, so I had to go and ask someone to help me find the size I was looking for. This girl simply referred me to a different area of the store and said I could find them there, pointing at the lower shelves again. I was shocked because I couldn’t believe the lack of consideration that all the employees were showing. I started to look for what I needed and, no surprise, it was not the same item I was looking for. I ended up going back to where I was initially, basically looking into every single shelve until I found what I needed. I ended up tired and sweating because of the effort of bending over when you have a big belly in the middle of your body. I was in a hurry and I really needed to buy the items, but honestly, if this was just casual shopping I would’ve left the place immediately. What is more shocking and unbelievable to me is that those woman employees did not show 1 grade of sympathy with an 8 month pregnant woman. I don’t understand how they can work at a store with customers showing zero skills of customer service. I then went to another store and 1 man serviced me like no other. He carried my bags and was really attentive. He, who has never carried a baby in his body, was more comprehensive than those 5-6 ladies at the Pink store. Totally disgusted and disappointed. I’m never going back to this store again.

To be honest, I faced a problem with three girls in the store, one with a niqab, one with a boy, one with hair, and one with a bank account who hated me in the Granada branch. Normal.” I said, “Nice.” In a manner of terrible exclamation, I said, “What did she say? The piece is for 300. How can I buy it for two pounds and something? I mean, at a reduced price. I said, ‘I have the Ora app.’ She said, ‘It is impossible. It is impossible for Ora to make this discount,’ and there were customers other than me. The important thing is to talk a lot. Tell me, ‘You have Al-Shayea, or you have Al-Rajhi,’ because it is impossible. There was a mistake. They once made me feel awkward. I mean, there is supposed talk and dialogue. I don’t have a jewelry. Then discuss with me. I am not the one who understands you. As long as you don’t understand the important thing.” It took me 45 minutes for a long time and they were saying, “How can you do this? Surely you know someone in Al-Shaya and your opponent, and you are lying so that you don’t break up. I was shocked. I was shocked. I caught my nerves even though I was buying items, but the three of them attacked me. I hated the Granada branch. Oh my God, the girls of Riyadh Al-Barak, brother, they let you buy from their style. Classy girls, the note of Granada, stuck to my house, but they shocked me with their treatment. In the end, the discount came out from behind. It was 30% at the time. Ok, why did you put me in the embarrassment in front of the customers? Why and why did the attack from the three of you in particular? Brother, reconsider them and their style. I hope you choose your employees and how they deal with customers. I came today to buy from you and did not find the size I was looking for. The employee did not neglect me and helped me a little, but in the end she spoke to me in a bold manner and commented on the details of my body and informed me of another brand and said the same prices as if the problem was with my body and your prices!! Is it okay if I come to take from her father’s lawful food or buy with my own money? The employee knows how to convince his customers, even if something does not suit the customer. The employee can speak to him in a more elegant manner, not using these vulgar words!

There is an elderly employee wearing a mask. Her words are more depressing than her face. She doesn't know how to chat at all and is very unbelievable. I saw her fire many employees without reason. Pink, they fired her. She doesn't know English at all.

I'm tired of coming to buy from them and you go in to a reception that is full of employees. The same employees are all alike, and each one throws me at the other to serve me as if I came to serve them and not to buy with my own money.
