Bad purchasing experience from their site, after I paid, they said the order is not available, and they do not return my money, and they do not respond to emails, nor on their Instagram account who buys homes from them.

The store's merchandise is good, but the policy is very bad. The exchange and return policy is very annoying. Returns are limited to one day and must be from the same branch! Your money is not refunded in cash; it must be paid by card! Exchanges are allowed within a week, and they won't refund you. If you have a difference in cash, you must exchange it for the same amount or more! Exchanges are limited to one time on the invoice! Why isn't there a way to make things easier for customers? The policy is very annoying and impractical. I have a difference of 24 riyals and it hasn't been returned to me. I have to buy more!! Well, what I bought was 399 riyals, and the least I can buy in the store is 150 riyals. So I have to pay 150 riyals because I have a difference of 24 riyals!! Please review this policy. I dealt with the Riyadh Park branch and the Panorama branch.
