Literally the worst branch i have been to, and im a customer for more than 7 years, customer service is soo bad that nobody showed for 40minutes after that The branch manager came and asked about our issues and said “ok we can help” and left us to wait even more… thats so ridiculous and disrespectful to the customers time, if nobody wants to work just close the branch so people won’t wait and open once your ready to help them.

Amazing service! So quick! Abdelrahman B. did an incredible job helping me, his English was excellent. Great work and overall service. So smooth, no headache or fuss. I came to open an account and now, I am excited to be banking with SNB.

Worst branch ever!!!! For some reason, staff are always no where to be found. Transactions take so long even if there are very few customers. And all the time they don’t have USD for exchange. Better they close down. Useless branch.
