The cashier working there today (Thursday after 4) is fantastic. Her energy is great & not just with customers but also her coworkers from what I’ve witnessed going back & forth for exchanges

I bought a pullover with hidden deffect, the mentioned period to exchange is 1 month. I returned to them after 10 days due to corona virus quarantine. They did not accept it and the girl ik casher told me you have to return it back after 1 day since it is defective. I give up buying fron stradivarius granada mall.

One of the strangest things I've ever heard. She asked me for half a riyal extra to buy the bag they put their clothes in. I was surprised... she put the clothes in a very small bag. Really!! They sell bags with their store's name on them to people?? And the strangest thing is that you get a bottom sale and no top sale. How? You feel like the store treats its customers like shit, even though their styles have become the same.
