Ted Baker has a great selection of shoes and clothes, and this branch is one of the best. The store is neat and easy to shop in, and the seller was very friendly, showing me the full collection with a smile and giving helpful suggestions. I purchased two pairs of the same boots in different colors (black and brown) because they were stylish, comfortable, and excellent quality. The photo I uploaded shows one pair, but both are the same style. The overall shopping experience was really enjoyable, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

The worst experience ever. Not even worth a 1 star. My girlfriend got a dress from Ted baker and I got shocked there's no dress room (Temporarily closed) and the particular system that my girlfriend had to buy the dress to try it on was so terrible. My girlfriend asked if she are able to get a refund when the size is going wrong for my gf and they said okay. My gf paid for it, went to toilet to try it on to check the size (as the dress room wasn't available), the dress was a bit tight for her body, so she went back to Ted baker to get a refund. , the workers in charge of the part were distracted talking when processing the refund. when my gf's turn a worker came to her and said "the dress stinks so bad that we cannot even sell this dress again. If we have it, we gotta throw it away" Don't you think it's the fault in the department store that doesn't even install a airconditioner or a fan at a toilet? and doesn't have an available changing room? Don't you think a person could sweat in such hot weather? I see how you guys dealing with the customers. but need to be fixed soon. The head office should seriously consider to fire the workers

Love it! Although at the higher end in terms of prices, but definitely worth it. The branch in Gurnata mall has a wider selection and salesladies are very helpful.

I hate that place cause the employees rude and not educated especially the lady in the cashier with glasses, she was impolite with my wife ,I hope if you can change her and put her in place no need to be in counter with clients
