Bad, I bought a piece from them on the day of Arafah, and when I asked the employees about returns because of the Eid, they said they don’t know, and after the Eid, I went to them and they were closed, so I went back to them 3 times. The third time, I found that they had finally opened, and when I spoke to the employee, she said that there were no returns and that they would call me on Sunday. But now they haven’t called me or returned it to me.

I do not recommend purchasing from this store at all, their policy is one day returns. There is no leniency with customers. I bought it from their store in Al Hayat Mall. Very bad manners and disrespect
