Such a rudest staff I met at Victoria secret" AMAL"Me and my friend and I visited their we bought 2 Bras and matching pJ 2 set, but one got one free. Spent almost 500 sars each came home we didn't like the pyjamas and we went back. First, she said we can't refund! So we were ok we will exchange she said we can only can get pyjamas nothing else , but when we bought she said we can exchange with anything from same promo. Anyways, her tone was so rude, like shouting at us. Then she said ok u can have an exchange on gift box perfume, and when we picked the perfume box she said u can't have this. U can have certain Box. And she brought 2 Box to us and said these are from same promo. Unfortunately we didn't want to waste the money so we had to get those perfume. She was so rude and given us wrong information on day one and 2nd day she refused to exchange anything else apart want she wanted to give us. Waste of money and shopping experience We are British indian couldn't read Arabic Will not recommend this branch at all ! Shame
