Unfortunately, the worst experience I had with customer service was in this branch. This was one employee in the entire store. He kept me waiting based on the piece I wanted and after waiting half an hour, he said, βOh, I thought it was there, but it was no longer in it.β I asked about other pieces, and he didnβt know whether they were in them or not, and he answered me other things. Literally unprofessional in customer service.
