Ive ordered a glass item online. They delivered it broken and refused to refund me. Customer service was unhelpful and robotic.
They said either send us the broken item or we cannot refund it.

Hours are wrong online and in store. Is it too much to ask that you let your customers know? Even at 2pm when everything in the mall was open it was still not open.

I ended up at West Elm Granada Mall, while looking for interior designers. Lately I have been unhappy with the store due to the lack of experienced staff that can help. However, at Granada Mall’s West Elm, the staff is well trained and knowledgeable, and the products availability is also very good.
Here I would like to specially mention Ms. Layali Habib, the interior designer who helped me design my family room and has also been available for help with ordering many products. She is a highly skilled designer with a heart of gold. Please do ask about her as her suggestions are extremely helpful.
Ms. Reem, another talented designer helped me out during the entire process.
