If I can give it less than one star I would! It’s a shame how an employee could ruin customer experience and brand name. I went there last night to exchange a couple of pieces which: 1. I bought same day from panorama mall branch 2. Never tried it on cause I’ve tried on the same pants but in different color (so basically it stayed in the bag the whole time) So I’ve decided to exchange the pants to smaller size and went to the nearest branch which was garnata mall and oh boy the service is terrible. Literally terrible! The employee said the piece is “damaged” and I need to take it back to the same branch! I said as per policy I can go to any branch and if the piece is damaged that’s Oysho problem to solve why selling something not in good condition! She was referring to the other branch as they and referring to her self “I”! I explained this is not right and you should be speaking of Oysho name or “brand” not by them and we! She wasn’t listening and asked if I wanted to pay for a new pair of pants! WHAT?!!! I lost it I swear. I left the store swearing I will never go back to that branch because of the treatment and lack of customer care and support. I’m a loyal customer and my bills are never below 2000 riyals and I do shop there very often but I’m disappointed with Oysho choice of employees in that branch! The lady wearing niqab was so rude and had no sense of customer care! And the shop was a complete mess! I was stepping on tops on the floor! No wonder things get damaged before purchasing it! I’m shocked after reading all comments here with mostly same complaints, why the management are not taking any action??! I also have to be fair to the branch in Alnakheel mall, it was excellent! Exact opposite experience from what I’ve had! I went to there straight away after I’ve left garnata mall and the employees were amazing! I would definitely give them 10 stars! The place is decent and clean as well.

The first original invoice includes two pieces. I returned an item and the employee did not give me the original invoice. She only gave me the return invoice. When I wanted to return the second item, I informed her that she had not given me the original invoice. The employee did not respond, did not cooperate, and refused to talk to me..and treated me in a bad and humiliating way in front of everyone and in front of my children. Unfortunately, the employee is very bad and disrespectful. Oysho Granada Mall branch

The store is beautiful, but the employee, Modi, has no manners and bad behavior with customers. I hope she can be fired or her salary reduced. Thank you and your kind treatment.

The store is amazing and I love their pieces, but unfortunately the employee Moudi’s treatment in this branch is very bad and her lack of etiquette is terrible!!! Raising your voice and throwing pieces in our faces, I don't understand what stupid behavior is?? Where is the customer service and satisfaction? I hope they find a solution to it, because its honesty is ruining the brand’s reputation and alienating people from it.

Bad service. There was one employee and 3 female employees with him. They only opened one cashier. It was so crowded. We waited for more than 40 minutes. We told them to open another cashier. They said our system only opens one cashier!!! Is that possible? I do not recommend it at all. Bad experience.

The shop is nice and I always like to order from them, but their management and customer service are terrible to the worst degree possible. The employees make you feel uncomfortable, have bad manners and do not know anything about the shop's policy and do not serve the customer at all. I always find them in the store and there is no one in charge or anyone with the authority to solve the problem except in the evening!!! They close early, more than an hour before the call to prayer, and why are the other shops open?

Frankly speaking, the employee in the store calls herself a bad manager to the extreme, and she talks to me without even discussing with me, and this is a sentence we have that we repeat a lot. I wish her matter would be looked into and drawn to attention.
