I dealt with an employee (not wearing a headscarf), and unfortunately, her behavior was inappropriate and did not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury brand like Yves Saint Laurent. I asked her for a specific perfume, but she gave me a different product without explanation or confirmation. She did not give me the receipt despite my request, and simply said she would send it to me "online," which she did not receive.
