Their perfumes are amazing. May God bless the employee Hala. She is very well-mannered and has a beautiful personality. Her marketing is very nice. She convinced me in a polite way. She is a very respectable person.

I would like to inform you of an unsatisfactory experience I had during my recent visit to your branch in Granada Mall. I dealt with an employee (not wearing a headscarf), and unfortunately, her behavior was inappropriate and did not reflect the level of service expected from a luxury brand like Yves Saint Laurent. I asked her for a specific perfume, but she gave me a different product without explanation or confirmation. She did not give me the receipt despite my request, and simply said she would send it to me "online," which she did not receive. I hope you will review this behavior and take appropriate measures to ensure quality service and respect for customers, especially since this experience does not reflect the high-class image we have come to expect from you. The sweetest treat from the sweetest branch of Saint Laurent 🤍 I took the Blouse perfume, which smells amazing of roses and musk, cool and feminine. I am interested in the experience of buying perfumes, understanding the customer and helping him choose the perfume that suits his personality, and thanks to Afrah for her help, and thanks also for her keenness to accurately package and her generosity with tests, which is the reason I return to buy from perfumes.
