The cashier was very rude this is my second time and it was the same cashier that was being rude when i came there a while ago. She ignored me when i asked her to put everything in a single bag instead of 2 and talking in a very disrespectful way safe to say never coming back to this branch

I bought Clothes since last March and have to return then. After that just a bightmare. On the store they gave me a refund ticket and told me That in 14days the same would be processed to my bank account. 4 months now and no Money. I went to the store and the staff told me to approach with ZARA care on X (which company as a costumer care service online In a social media platform? This never happened to me. No considerantion for the client at all). I am still waiting and they don’t give me any explanation the conversation is all the same over and over. I won’t came back to ZARA in the Kingdom.

No dressing rooms. You have to purchase whatever you want and head to the bathroom to try it on 🤦🏻‍♀️ And if you don’t like it you head back and return it… such a hassle. Hope they install dressing rooms soon because this is unacceptable …

Why must the process be so complicated ? I went to exchange a gift that was bought online, and had with me the emailed invoice. They said i need the QR code. I left and returned later with the QR code. They said they can refund the amount to the card used for purchase but not exchange. I explained it was a gift and it wasnt my card, so i needed to exchange not refund. They appeared to understand... but then proceeded to refund the amount to the card anyway! So i basically just lost my gift and had to repurchase the new things myself. I asked how long it would take for the refund to go through, but they dont know. I now need to contact the person who sent the gift and explain the refund. So thank you Zara, for the waste of time, for the lost gift, and for the awkward conversation.

Very few staff. Long line to pay and only one person, even after asking for someone else to man the empty checkouts. And it’s not the first time.

When is the nonsense of no fitting room going to end ? Largest retail group, no basic service. Unhelpful staff.

No dressing rooms we asked they said you buy and you can return later, so i need 2 visits to get what i need. I was trying a JACKET over my clothes THEY SAID IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO TRY ON IN STORE. And after all of this i paid for my bag 🙄first time in my life paying for a cheap paper bag in KSA!! Update: next day i exchanged some items from a different store, they had dressing rooms and the bag was free🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff is uncooperative! They always refuse to refund claiming that they don't have cash or that the invoice is not clear, even though all the numbers are clear.

Very sad that it seems none of these reviews are even considered. Terrible customer service. One cashier, had to wait 40min in line. No change rooms. Manager acts like you’ve disturbed her morning coffee to come assist you. General attitude is very poor. It’s a shame because our Zara’s run so well and are prestigious stores in South Africa.
