The mother went to them today, Sunday, at 11 o’clock at night, and there was an employee who never neglected. May God reward him well. We were trying to get the employee’s mobile number, but we could not because there was a problem with her fingerprint, and the men never failed and tried many times, maybe 7-9 times. May God grant him success and give him good health. By God, he did not fail, unlike some companies that are not good. They serve you in the blink of an eye.

I came at 1:00 PM and I didn't find the employee. I was tired of walking because the shop was private, unfortunately. I hope the problem is solved.

I called customer service and they assured me of their presence. I took a walk there and came, but no one was waiting for me for more than half an hour. Maybe someone would come.

Needs improvement on customer service. We waited for an hour to get a sim card. After waiting for 1 hour we were informed that the person assigned for the sale of sim cards is currently not present at the store. We left the store for better.

Virgin mobile - worst customer service ever! My sim is out of network coverage since 9 days and the issue is not yet resolved. Everytime I email them they reply with the same pre written template "your issue is under process and you will be contacted when resolved." Frustrating and disappointing experience.
