The employees are very co-operative and helping the customers.The have good range of wrist watches and other gift items.The supervisor was polite and professional ,he showed me many watches as I was unable to select the desired watch. Prices are reasonable.

Alshaya is no longer the same. Their merchandise is broken. The service is poor during and after the sale. This branch has a white, veiled female employee who treats customers badly. She just slurs things as if she's on the street, not in a shop. A respectable company requires customers to respect them and treat them politely. Only the supervisor is respectful, may God bless him. I didn't interact with the rest. I think this is definitely my last visit to Alshaya!

Had a very bad experience there, the staff were so slow and unhelpful, very few of the menu items were available, and the staff were not helpful in recommending anything, overall the service was terrible, they were confused and seemed uninterested in helping us, they would not give us an invoice or a number for the table, they took way too long to prepare our order and the food was not good.

I came in right before noon to get coffee and a bite. There was only one person doing everything, which made waiting time too long. To top ot off, the kitchen was closed because employees didn't show up to work. I'm not interested in having coffee here again.
