Milano being an international brand is expected to deliver in terms of quality and service, both of which are unfortunately missing. I bought this bag about a month and a half ago from Milano in Granada Mall. The condition of the bag with a minimum usage is as shown in the picture below now. I visited the store to enquire if this could be replaced but was directly turned away by the employee and upon asking to see the store manager was Informed that he/she was not even interested to see me or to hear out the complaint. I had a high rating for Milano before but with the experience that I went through, it has lost a customer for sure!!

One of the worst customer service shops. A bag that is less than a year old has a broken handle and they do not accept to repair it. In Arabic, they tell you to manage it yourself.

It's the worst branch. The ladies working here are terrible as they take 20 minutes and then tell you they don't have tbe size. Visit any other branch
