I would like to thank the employee Nawal, I think she was on duty in the morning on June 26th. Her interactions were excellent, and she served me with kindness and care. I felt that she really cared about satisfying the customer, and she was extremely cooperative. It was a wonderful experience thanks to her, and I hope that the management will thank or honor her because she deserves it.

We tried to exchange the purchased item after a week, but was told we cannot return the item without the white outer box. This box was never given to us when we purchased the item. The cashier was very kind to remove the pink inner box and wrap it with a ribbon and placed it in a nice gift bag. She never gave us the outer white box. So we can not exchange the purchased item. Make sure you ask for the outer white box before accepting your purchase. I will reconsider buying a gift from this store again in the future.
