I had a wonderful experience shopping at (DOTS) in Granada Mall. The store manager is Hanan. She was very kind and provided sufficient information about the products. The manager Hanan is a role model for customer service. (DOTS) will definitely be my next top choice.

In my entire life, I have never seen such a bad quality brand and a bad customer complaint handling. I have purchased 2 set of shoes as they have promised a good quality. One was good and the second was a simple failure. I wore it one day only, and the sticker which was on the foot space was peeled and removed the leather with it. I have never seen something like this in my life. When my husband enquired, they simply told him that "your wife used some type of chemical and this is the reason, we cannot do anything for you" . It this how brands escape one defected shoe replacement with just a silly wrong assumption. This is an advice for all, never buy such a brand, for this bad quality they are expensive, put some more and you can get a real brand.
