Poor customer service. One time the lady told off my very well behaved daughter for walking around the store. Another time, the lady incorrectly shared a deal and then placed the wrong items in my bag. I had to return and sort it all out. The products are excellent. It’s just the service.

Though the store is cute and the clothing quality is alright. The employee are the absolute worst!! They are not helpful at all nor do they know how to use the system which is shameful. The system was down and I had to wait over 30 mins and return TWICE only to find out that she could write the bill manually all along!!! Such a waste of time and unprofessional service. I won’t return ever again due to this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect of customers and their time.
