I visited this shop in Gernada mall, the only reason im giving it 5 stars is due to Ms. Amal's help, the manager was not helpfull and basically walked away while we were speaking with her. Ms. Amal came over, and even though she didnt speak much english, she tried her best to help and even used Google translate, she was great, and is the only reason i walked out with an expensive bottle of parfum, im not sure what the purpose of a manager is if she can not do anything. I understand policies, but policies should he able to be over written in certain circumstances. Thank you to Amal!

I was going go buy lingerie , when i was going to pay there Are only 2 cashier open. 1 was busy and 1 i thought was not. I went there but the woman behind the cashier told me to wait coz shes waiting for the costumer to (finish whatever heck shes still doing) pay. Its okay with me but i wait more than 10 minutes and she still refuse to entertain me with the same reason she still wait for the other costumer to finish. Okay, i am ready to pay, and the other costumer obviously was still roaming around to add more to her shopping bag. Whats this kind of service? I am very disappointed. Obviously your staff needs more training on costumer serivice and multitasking. Never going back to this branch.

The morning manager is rude and unprofessional. Raising up her voice for a minor situation in which I’m asking her for another size of the same item I bought. She doesn’t fit the profile for a manager in Victoria Secret.

my experience yesterday in this branch was great and when i previewed the comments here on google maps i was shocked i have anticipated the worst but i was so happy with my experience this branch was the best better than any other branches in riyadh park and other were as i am a frequent customer i was served graciously and professionally and left very happy
