The one issue which i faced that, i went to buy mhc v12 on 28 dec, whose cost was 766 or 780 riyal. At that time the packed piece was not available so the shop staff ask me to come tomorrow. When i went tomorrow the other guy told me that this price is old now the price is 849 sar, the discounted price was only for 12 dec and other issue which i faced is that information mentioned on the card was wrong, this device doesnt have hdmi and dvd but shop staff and the price tag told me that this device have both options. Wrong price wrong information. Anyways i have to buy this thats why i bought it in 849 sar
If I can give 0 stars I would, I ordered through the website and i got a message to pick it up, but when I went to the store I was told your order isn’t in their system !!!
I have always wanted to have a sony showroom in Riyadh but the fact that its small made the experience way less enjoyable.
It's one of the worst showrooms I ever went to the staff are neither knowledgeable of the products they're selling nor the other competitors that sell their products.
When I entered the store I had to exert effort to find someone who could help (an employee) since they don't wear any sort of uniform that resembles the company.
I was disappointed
I bought a sony home theatre speaker from Morden electronics (Granada mall) and on the time of buying, we asked the teller about the international warranty which he said yes. And he said this bill is everything we need. But after my friend took the speaker to india. Its showing issues. The bluetooth is now showing and we can’t connect. The official repair store is asking for an international warranty and this bill is only tax invoice. We need to have an international warranty card. I called the shop asking to provide the card but he said he don’t have any idea about it. Its SONY. An international brand. Even carrefour gives a warranty card. Until now i have not received any soultion.

Bought a sony bravia tv 65 inches mini led, more than 6000sar, broke down one month after purchase, the service for the warranty from DOZN is horrible, the have my tv for 2 months, still not fixed or given a new tv o anything, terrible customer service, really dissapointed.
I bought headphones from them literally on Thursday. I wanted to return it on Friday and they said they couldn’t even though their policy said I have the right to return and exchange anything I purchase
Extremely disappointed with the service. I saw customers clean their own tables in an almost empty cafe. We waited 50mins for drinks and only two out of four meals arrived. The staff preferred to hide in the back than make the coffees when asked three times for our drinks.
Finally the manager Salma arrived and provided a refund. We left all left hungry, thirsty and disappointed.
