The coffee and cake are awesome but the service is very bad. Stand there for 5 minutes to give order then got coffee and cake after 15 mins. The prices of products has been increased exponentially and loyal customers are struggling to stay with the brand.

I love how they made the Victoria's sponge cake😋, for my Spanish Latte, i dont know if i am mistaken but spanish latte should be sweet. Anyway, nothing else is sweeter if you bring your love ones in a great ambience and well knowned cafe😍 …

Tried the M&S bakery and Cafe after ages. To be honest great quality products. Yes expensive as compared to local brands but too good even the ones with reduced prices due to near expiry date are also great and fresh… must try

Worst customer service ever, did not take any consideration. The customer support today kind of rude , seems doesn’t want to work. For more than a decade on this account might close this due to such customer support attitude.

Worst branch ever!!!! For some reason, staff are always no where to be found. Transactions take so long even if there are very few customers. And all the time they don’t have USD for exchange. Better they close down. Useless branch.
