They always say they run out of samples. Im suprised when i travel and buy from SEPHORA is very different as they always give samples more than my purchase. It is very rude to lie to customers and probably wont buy from here again.

Worst service here, I went to this store to purchase fenty beauty product. Collected the wrong shade lipstick, when we went after 30 mins to exchange the product they said sorry we don't have the shade you are looking for. So we had a word with the supervisor of this sephora branch, his name is Sultan. So the supervisor said the product is available in panaroma mall go and collect from there, he also mentioned I'm the supervisor of panaroma mall too, they will replace and give and the shade. We even told this guy sultan that call them and just inform them to hold the product for us, as we going right now, so he even called someone in front of us and later informed us that yes you can go and collect now. Once we arrived here at panaroma mall they said, since you Purchased the product today you have to wait till tomorrow to exchange, because the product was not getting scanned on their system. Also when we told the customer service team person there, she clearly said that supervisor played with you'll, I don't even know whose sultan. I cannot. Expect this unqualified sales team of sephora. Wasting our time and energy. Sephora team needs to learn to answer calls if customers are trying to reach to make complaints When a customer are coming there to purchase expensive high end brands your team should. Equally provide convenient services as well Extremely disappointed will make sure to inform friends and family about this disappointing service. Horrible service at sephora.

Very bad service, they wouldn’t exchange damaged product as it was not in its original state! However, it was the original state, damaged! Not referring to their policy and saying exchange can only be done at branch bought from despite that’s not mentioned in receipt! Shameful considering my daughters spend a fortune in this place!

Worst customer service. Best to let go of staff that’s only interested in talking to eachother rather than helping customers. The male manager does not accept returns etc based on their own weird policies. Will not return, go to Faces in the same mall much better customer service
