I went there today to buy lipsticks for ladies and have very good experience with Nahlah Saad Alasiri, who is responsible for customer support. As I am new and don't speak Arabic, she accompanied me throughout and helped and assisted me in choosing the colors which I was totally unaware of. As I am cofused to choose the colors, she fully supported me by giving wonderful suggestions and showed me everything until I made the choice. Great lady and more such ladies in customer support please. 5 stars for her.

Lazy, professionals in lying and hoarding all the sample: that about sums up the staff in this branch. Exclusively made up of locally hired staff, this is to be expected. I’ve never met a staff member here that looked like they wanted to work, or knew anything about what they were selling. For all they care, they could just get their salaries while having zero customers and not be bothered. The worst part is, look at your receipt carefully. They will ALWAYS add a service to your bill, WItHOUT your knowledge, to show that they’re working to the auditors probably, WITHOUT ever having done anything. Imagine the level of moral depravity, how can you sleep at night knowing you don’t have the skills required for this job and have to resort to lying to get your measly paycheck? Lost causes!

Shams & Rimal is a specialized store for sports equipment. The staff, especially the female employee Ms Nawal Husawi , were very professional and courteous. The place is elegant and beautifully designed. I highly recommend it for purchasing sports gear. Thank you for watching!”

Hello all, today my mom went to the sun and sand shop in Granada mall and it was HORRIBLE‼️⚠️⚠️‼️ When we first arrived my mom wanted to exchange a shirt she bought 2 days ago but when she looked at the price of the shirt on the stand she saw that the price got deducted as there was a sale. When she went to the cashier to ask for an exchange he said that she will get nothing because she bought the shirt before it was on sale so he practically tried to rob her. When she got mad at him he said that she was ill-mannered and her tone of voice was really rude and he refused to exchange her shirt and he refused to call the manager even when my mom told him to. And when my mom called my dad he didn’t want to speak with him and kicked us all out of the store. If anyone was wondering, the incredibly rude cashier was called Abdullah and I do not recommend ANYONE to go there unless you want to get kicked out of the store and shouted at by the staff. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!⚠️⚠️‼️‼️

The good thing there is the variety of products. You should, however, search for what you want outside at first, such as om Amazon, as they always have higher prices in Sun and Sand than other places. I've purchased a couple of clothes pieces then I found the same two pieces on Amazon with 260 SAR less. In addition, it's better to know exactly what u need and don't rely on the staff there as their knowledge usually is low to zero about sports related information. BR,

I had a very disappointing experience with them tonight. I bought a Shirt last night and when I came to change its size they told me the shirt has been washed. How stupid were they. Can someone wash a shirt with tags on and even after the wash the tags are all in excellent and brand new condition. Wont recommend anyone to visit this store

rude employees :/ i left the store crying bc they pulled my wig off and my hijab and they punched my grandma in the face.. and took her chair?? who does that?? she's just a sweet old lady?? literally only has one shoes bc we cant afford more and we just wanted help, i will never forgive you..
