Unfortunately, the worst experience I had with customer service was in this branch. This was one employee in the entire store. He kept me waiting based on the piece I wanted and after waiting half an hour, he said, “Oh, I thought it was there, but it was no longer in it.” I asked about other pieces, and he didn’t know whether they were in them or not, and he answered me other things. Literally unprofessional in customer service.

My favorite furniture store, their pieces are elegant and distinctive, and the employees are kind. I would especially like to mention Kholoud for her care and honesty. She helped me and advised me as if I were one of her family members until I made the right choice. May God grant her wellness.

Their presentation is bad. The cappuccino became milk and coffee, the chairs were dirty, and the cinnamon rolls they gave me were too small for the dough. They shouldn't be served to customers.

The cinnamon rolls were full of bugs underneath, and when I showed them to the seller, he took another one from the same display without reacting to it to keep it for me! I'm sure the rest of them have the same thing. I got fed up, even the coffee, I wanted to throw it away. The level of cleanliness is low.

If the comments were true, you would not have the status of a man. The tables were dirty and the employees made us quarrel with each other, the Egyptian and the brown brothers, without any regard for the customers. I asked for bashmilo and ice cream, then he told me to add coffee. I told him I didn't ask for enough!? He said, Pasha, I asked and finished. I told him ok so I wouldn't have a conversation with him. I do not recommend them, given that coffee and sweets are delicious or medium. Support me with a like so I can save you from them

I ordered from HungerStation, and honestly, they didn’t give me my money back. The pistachios were as if they poured the sauce over me and I couldn’t drink it. As for the cinnamon buns, may God continue to bless us, the sauce they put in was delicious. This is the first and last time, God willing.
