Granada Mall branch, the employee I call Mubarak, I swear to God he is one of the most polite employees I have ever seen in my life. I went in to buy shoes. I came out and bought shoes and two bags. He is a respectful and elegant person, and his service is fast. I advise you, if you come, to ask for him by name.

Charles & Keith Park Avenue branch has an employee named Al Anoud. I don't know what exactly to talk about. Her style is sweet. She does her job with integrity and conscience. They didn’t have the products I wanted. The sales girl couldn’t understand english and forgot to give me samples. They were alao bickering amongst themselves which seemed very unprofessional.

The employees' behavior is not good and unprofessional, unfortunately. I asked her to sterilize the product before using it and she did not like my request. I asked for a mascara wand that is used once and she said use the same mascara and nothing will happen!!! When I bought from them they did not give me any samples, even though I always buy from them outside Saudi Arabia and they give me a lot of samples!! The employees are busy with things and do not pay attention to the customers

It was amazing I loved the products, Last time I went I got their lip liner in shade supersize me, but it was really busy so it got a bit overwhelming as someone who doesn’t socialize much, but in general its really great
