Very bad. I bought clothes worth 3000 riyals, and this is the problem. I bought a regular washing machine and use Abaya shampoo. I mean, I am careful and do not wash for more than 3 minutes only so that it does not get ruined, and in the end it got ruined.

I recently purchased an item from the Fred Perry store at Riyadh Park. However, I encountered some issues with the product, which had a minor defect. The female staff attempted to assist me, but the process took longer than expected. To improve the overall customer experience, I would suggest providing additional training to the staff on effective customer service and issue resolution. This would enable them to better address customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Specifically, when I requested assistance in finding an alternative model in my size, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had to take matters into my own hands, and even when I presented them with options, they didn't seem invested in finding a solution. Despite this experience, I hope that Fred Perry will take customer feedback seriously and work on enhancing their customer service. I would be willing to give them another chance in the future if they demonstrate improvement in this area. It would be helpful if the store's location could be accurately represented on Google Maps to avoid confusion for customers. Overall, while the product quality is important, the customer service experience can make or break a brand. I encourage Fred Perry to focus on developing their staff's customer service skills to provide a more positive experience for their customers.

The employees are bad, honestly. I entered the store waiting for someone to come and serve me and asked him about the prices and sizes, but unfortunately they were all sitting together chatting and laughing even though they saw that I needed service.

The brand is versatile. Fred Perry offers a wide range of clothing, from polos and sweaters to shirts and trousers. I can always find something from Fred Perry that fits my personal style and needs. If you are looking for stylish, comfortable, and well-made clothing, I highly recommend Fred Perry. Their clothing is perfect for business trips, casual outings, and everything in between.

A well-known brand. The clothes are both good and average. The problem is that they can shrink and become smaller when washed.

The veiled boy and girl in this branch are new, helpful, and their service is excellent, to the point where I bought it because of them. I liked it more than the Nakheel Mall branch, as well as the handling and designs of the bags. I'm really impressed with the service provided by the veiled boy and girl at this branch. They were extremely helpful and their service was excellent. I was so satisfied with their assistance that I made a purchase solely because of them. I was more impressed with this branch compared to Nakheel Mall in terms of customer service and the variety of bags available.
