We hope to train all employees on professionalism and a level of service commensurate with the store's standards. I recently went to return an item from Ted Baker and Charles & Keith, and they all apologized for a system outage. The Ted Baker employee respectfully apologized and told me to return by a specific time, while the Charles & Keith employee said, "What should I do?" + "Contact the manager." She then told me the specific time I should return. Honestly, I'm a busy person, and I have no say in whether the system is down or not. Since I'm a frequent customer, I wish there was a training program for employees before they interact with customers, and a system that was always effective. It's unreasonable that I'll return the next time and the system is still down! Thank you very much,
