The veiled boy and girl in this branch are new, helpful, and their service is excellent, to the point where I bought it because of them. I liked it more than the Nakheel Mall branch, as well as the handling and designs of the bags.

I recently went to return an item from Ted Baker and Charles & Keith, and they all apologized for a system outage. The Ted Baker employee respectfully apologized and told me to return by a specific time, while the Charles & Keith employee said, "What should I do?" + "Contact the manager." She then told me the specific time I should return.
Honestly, I'm a busy person, and I have no say in whether the system is down or not. Since I'm a frequent customer, I wish there was a training program for employees before they interact with customers, and a system that was always effective. It's unreasonable that I'll return the next time and the system is still down!

The last time I dealt with Brother (Mubarak) and Sister (Fajr), may God reward them with good in this world and the hereafter. By God, they are gold and an asset to the branch and the company. The employees’ service is wonderful and they are very cooperative. May God make them happy and give them what satisfies them. More than once I come and need help with a size that is not available in my size and they arrange it for me from outside the branch as quickly as possible and with great open-mindedness and high-class treatment.
The employee at the Park Avenue branch is so sweet!! She helps from the bottom of her heart and has good manners. She took my number to let me know if the bag I wanted was available. May God make her happy and reward her.
Granada Mall branch, the employee I call Mubarak, I swear to God he is one of the most polite employees I have ever seen in my life. I went in to buy shoes. I came out and bought shoes and two bags. He is a respectful and elegant person, and his service is fast. I advise you, if you come, to ask for him by name.
Regarding the Saudi employee there!!! She was indifferent and disregarded the customers, talking on the mobile phone and putting all the pressure on the Egyptian worker. He didn't say a single word. He was sitting calmly trying to gather and serve those present despite the crowd. Many thanks to him, but this affected my experience with the delay until I chose and they gave me the size and I paid! Because the lady was busy on a phone call for 36 minutes 😂
