The employees are cooperative, and the quality of the products is very good to excellent, while the prices are relatively high compared to competitors. Like the rest of the stores, they offer seasonal clearance offers, and I don't know if there are any other offers

Location: I know of two branches (Othaim Mall 15 - Granada). The Othaim branch is actually quite different. The quality is average and the prices are good. It's a good choice. The staff are 5/5.

One of the worst shops I have ever been to. Bad treatment from the moment they opened in Granada. I don't expect a single employee to stay because of her bad treatment of customers. An experience I will never repeat.

The cashier employee is very bad. People stand idle at the cashier. One person comes and attacks us and holds her accountable. There is no respect. At least, employee, ask permission from those standing and discuss with her. She says it's all the same. At the very least, respect the people standing waiting for their turn. They have a lack of taste.

A terrible experience at the Riyadh Park branch. The cashier was rude. The customer service was poor. They refused to return regular clothes, claiming they were accessories.
