The height of negligence. My order hasn’t arrived for ten days. I ordered a toaster that would be as big as a space shuttle. You finished it. When I ordered it, it was written that it would be delivered within a day. An age has passed and it hasn’t arrived.

Please assign a store manager that actually understands his job or at the very least cares enough about customer service. I came tonight to exchange a jacket and immediately he presented ways of how it is not possible—of course he was wrong after ponting out the obvious (had to check his calendar to count the days) and ended up doing what was asked in the first place. Strongly suggest retraining—if you are going to put people in Retail/customer service, put people with the right attitude, not ones who will add more to the concerns of your customers!
