The store is very special and contains a variety of products: women's and men's cotton and linen clothing, boots, home, storage and kitchen supplies. A small tour of it makes you happy. They currently have an offer: buy two pieces, the third for free.

Good and respectful service from Ms. Maram and Mr. Waleed. They are very cooperative. Their prices are considered a little high for the products sold. There are often discounts. The place is tidy, comfortable, and clean.

I've always been a big fan of Muji's products. However the staff working in this branch (11-July 8Pm) have taught me that I should never visit Muji in Saudi. The unprofessional staff have refused to replace and refund a product with the justification that he reached to his refund limit for the day. After communicating that I have never heard of such thing the unpleasant employee replied rudely with "don't you understand?" Thanks Muji Saudi - never again.

Please assign a store manager that actually understands his job or at the very least cares enough about customer service. I came tonight to exchange a jacket and immediately he presented ways of how it is not possible—of course he was wrong after ponting out the obvious (had to check his calendar to count the days) and ended up doing what was asked in the first place. Strongly suggest retraining—if you are going to put people in Retail/customer service, put people with the right attitude, not ones who will add more to the concerns of your customers!

I went to exchange a coat, but they said I will have to pay the full price of exactly the same item as this item was not on sale! This didn’t make much sense to me!
