A very nice and elegant perfume and makeup store. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The store has a wide variety of brands to choose from. What I noticed is that perfume are getting more expensive by the years. We bought on men’s perfume (Armani) for more than SAR 700.

One of the worst reception and customer care. Waited 4-5 minutes and no girl came to my wife for help, the local salesgirls are just ruining the market

Tagreehd was an amazing salesperson who had great knowledge of her products in store and needs a pay rise and more recognition from management. Also Mariam. Very good and helpful employees.

My experience was really bad, honestly. The employees were not cooperative. I wanted something specific and they gave me something else. I went back to them to get my money back because I discovered that they didn’t give me what I wanted. I wanted blusher and they gave me glitter! There was no apology or respect for customers. So I gave them Saqr and they forced me to get another brand, which I didn’t want! I won’t try it again.

Granada branch unfortunately the girls only care about marketing. I came for a certain perfume and one of them forced me to buy from her brand and she kept going around and around and they were sitting over my head and the one who came and said take two or I want Tamara they didn't let me take my time and they made me embarrassed once. I came two months ago and the same thing happened. I hope you teach them to calm down a bit because they are clear. They fight over commission and they don't care about the customer's comfort, taste and choice. It's not reasonable and in the end I got upset because I didn't choose from her brand!!

The best branch and the employees there are amazing. Ghada and Mashael did their best. They were very kind to me and I had many requests from them. They were easygoing and gave me gifts.

The employee Hayat is the epitome of sophistication and dealing. I was upset with the behavior of some employees, but she quickly contained me and was able to help me a lot. Praise be to God, she marketed more than one product to me and I wanted to buy them. She helped me when I was shopping and connected me to the cashier. Alaa Al-Harbi also helped me with the knife and gave me several ideas. When I came to calculate something, it didn’t work for me. Tamara compensated me with a knife. Her work was fast and professional. At the time of shopping, it took her less than a minute. Blessed be God. The manager, Asim, is very sophisticated and cooperative. I thank Faces for this sophisticated, professional team.
