Twas great experience, good ambiance.

As a cookie lover, ~500 calories and 13 riyals for a generic sugar-hershey's taste, something I'd buy from a convenient storeit looks better than it tastes. ☹️

I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday, I was there around 6pm, the Phillipino guy at the cashier I ordered the iced mocha that I wanted and I wanted it blended and I made sure to tell him what I wanted exactly, when I received the drink it tasted heavy and tasted weird, not like I one I ordered million times before, I approached him and asked him if he put any syrups or anything in the drink I taste vanilla and a lot of heavy chocolate, he told me yes it’s like this and that’s the drink that I ordered, I told him no I asked for something specific and I told you at the counter I don’t want anything extra over my drink no syrups or chocolate sauce or anything, The guy started yelling that this is what I asked for and this is the recipe from the company, a girl approached and told me she will tell them to change my drink and next time just ask for a frappe, I told her I don’t want frappe.. they changed the drink but actually they didn’t they make it lighter blended more ice or something… I approached the guy who was looking at me and I told him I no longer need the coffee or the drink, he just took the drink and told me THANK YOU MADAAM… Worst service, not professional, worst experience ever, the guy was so rude

Cool place with many seating options. Service was fast. Tried Spanish latte, it was very good.

The taste was good, but the offer was misleading. What I received didn’t match the advertisement

I have an hour, the Philipino employee is sitting talking on the mobile, talking to a customer, laughing and saying, wait 10 minutes, I waited, and in the end she says the machine is broken??? This is a style? There is no 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻professionalism or honesty in work

I keep returning to Dr. Cafe for their mocha frappe and cheesecakes! They also offer a complimentary lemon infused water to patrons — it’s very refreshing. Special thanks to Marc for his wonderful service! 👏

The ambiance of this place is absolutely amazing, with good service most special with sir Mark, he is accommodating and pleasant. Food wise I love my all time fave Iced caramel macchiato and some desserts will satisfy your cravings.

I have nothing against the cafe, I just felt bad when the barista was rude to me. His name was Arjun and he was not filipino. I ordered a cheesecake for take out and he used the tongs to hold the center body of the cheesecake like he was holding a cookie 🙄 it ruined the side of the cheesecake and when I refused to take the destroyed cheesecake, he started raising his voice claiming that it was the only way to hold the cheesecake. The filipino barista overheard us and packed the cheesecake nicely without destroying the cake. It just proves that something can be done but instead he chose to be rude to the customer. I didn't want to cause a scene that day but I hope he gets reprimanded. 😤
