The chicken strips weren’t made properly. Undercooked and it wasn’t crispy enough. I tried to cancel my order when they were preparing but it didn’t work. Do better.

I ordered 3 pcs of chicken spicy and she said need to wait for 10 mins., so i waited but then when I received the food it was COLD fries and chicken are both cold, I asked to changed it, They gonna change it so I am waiting now, Finally its here its good to have a hot fried chicken , Thank u💜😃

We ordered our usual meal—shrimp and chicken—since it’s what my son likes. While I was feeding him, I noticed that the chicken dish only had small chicken cubes and just a few pieces of shrimp. The rest was mostly carrots. I asked my husband to inform the staff, but we waited until he finished his meal (which he got from Texas). I couldn’t go myself because I was carrying a baby. When my husband finally approached the staff, they were unapologetic and told him he should have complained right after receiving the food. But honestly, who counts the amount of chicken or carrots the moment they get their order? I was really disappointed—not just with the food, but with how rude the staff were to my husband. They saw I was with a baby and a small child, yet still acted as if our concern wasn’t valid. It was very frustrating and discouraging.
