Regarding the Saudi employee there!!! She was indifferent and disregarded the customers, talking on the mobile phone and putting all the pressure on the Egyptian worker. He didn't say a single word. He was sitting calmly trying to gather and serve those present despite the crowd. Many thanks to him, but this affected my experience with the delay until I chose and they gave me the size and I paid! Because the lady was busy on a phone call for 36 minutes 😂

The veiled boy and girl in this branch are new, helpful, and their service is excellent, to the point where I bought it because of them. I liked it more than the Nakheel Mall branch, as well as the handling and designs of the bags. I'm really impressed with the service provided by the veiled boy and girl at this branch. They were extremely helpful and their service was excellent. I was so satisfied with their assistance that I made a purchase solely because of them. I was more impressed with this branch compared to Nakheel Mall in terms of customer service and the variety of bags available.

Very bad by the showroom manager. She sets a policy in her head other than the invoice policy regarding exchange and return. It says 7 days on the invoice, and she wrote 3 days on an external piece of paper in her hand, which embarrassed the employee and the customer and they got into a problem. The employee tried to contact the manager and she replied, “I’m busy.”
