I was shocked and shocked when I bought an under-abaya garment from them and I saw it with my own eyes. They confirmed that there was nothing wrong with it and I gave it to them to pay, but I was busy for a while and went out of the store because I had some work to do. I came back to them to pay and took the order. When I arrived home, the pants were torn in the back, a very big cut. What is this?! I don’t know if they replaced them when I went out to do some work or what?

I bought an abaya on Thursday night and the abaya, to be honest, is nice, but it didn't fit me. I wanted to return it on Saturday afternoon because I live far away and I couldn't come back the next day. The abaya is as it is and the receipt is there, but I was met with a very bad attitude and the manager was harassing the employee on the phone and they didn't want me to take it back. This is the last time I deal with them and I do not recommend dealing with them at all. Their attitude is unprofessional and impolite.

The quality is not like before and the prices are exaggerated. On top of that, the management and service are 0. I changed an abaya more than 6 times. They don’t know how to take measurements and it still didn’t fit. I spoke to the management and an Egyptian said it was none of my business, but God is sufficient for me and He is the best Disposer of affairs.

Bad shop and worse treatment Ok, a plain abaya with nothing on it for 310 riyals Two days later, she told them to charge her pocket and she said it would cost more.. and I came to receive it and she charged 34 riyals!!!
