Unprofessional employee and very bad treatment
I bought a dress and we did not discover that it had a manufacturing defect until after we went home. We tried to return it, but the employee refused even though we had never used it. She said, “You have worn the dress,” and it is very clear that the defect is a manufacturing defect, but the unprofessional employee did not try to confirm and refused to return it in a rude manner, as if we were trying to deceive her.
