Today I went to the store and saw a dress. I wanted to try it on and make sure of the size, but the employee told me that if I wanted to return or exchange it, I had to wait until tomorrow, even if I paid cash! What is this policy? Honestly, I am not satisfied at all, and you are the losers.

The worst experience in your life buying from Rena online! On top of this bad experience, not sending an invoice for the order, a mistake in the order, and worse customer service. You can only communicate with them on WhatsApp!! It is forbidden. What is the fault of the male and female employees in the branch that we should take our anger out on? Unprofessional employee and very bad treatment I bought a dress and we did not discover that it had a manufacturing defect until after we went home. We tried to return it, but the employee refused even though we had never used it. She said, “You have worn the dress,” and it is very clear that the defect is a manufacturing defect, but the unprofessional employee did not try to confirm and refused to return it in a rude manner, as if we were trying to deceive her. I got two pieces from them and one for free. They forgot to add the third free one... and after the bill came out, they said, Sorry, we can't give you the free one... and we can't return it to you today because it was charged to the network. Bad treatment from the employee Aisha, even though she says she is the branch supervisor, but her behavior and style, by God, I will not let her become even a sheep supervisor. My mother is elderly. She paid the price of two pieces and they only gave her one piece. She came back asking them to review the cameras. After procrastinating for 4 days, I visited their showroom to ask about the reason for the procrastination. Unfortunately, I found unprofessional treatment and a lack of politeness. Note that they took the invoice from my mother and when she asked The employee returned it to me and said that I did not have an invoice. I sent it to the administration. I asked her for the administration or official’s number. She said that there was only an email and I had nothing else to say. I sent an email and there was no response. I called them for half an hour and now they have not responded.
