I am now in front of the branch and I have been waiting since 4 o'clock and now it is 4:25 and it still hasn't opened.. Today is Friday, June 30th and I called the number provided and they said the manager didn't come!!! I have a party so I will get a gift and leave!!!!

Galerie & Boch A name that cannot be denied or ignored. I believe such a well-established company must care for its employees and require them to adhere to common courtesy and behavior. The young citizen employee at the Galerie & Boch branch in Granada, Riyadh, lacks good manners and manners. He was rude, ill-mannered, and ill-mannered when speaking to me. If he went too far in his rudeness, when confronted, he would say, "I'm joking." I ask those in charge of the store, the company, and the supervisor in charge to review the behavior of the employees and hold them accountable and take their pledge. I hope action is taken, knowing full well that a report will be filed. I informed him of this upon leaving, as a respectable man would not speak to any woman, no matter who she is, in such a rude manner. Not to mention the disorganized arrangement of the utensils and the dust covering the merchandise. Your merchandise will be returned to you unless you treat the consumer and buyer with respect and consideration. My visit. On 07/12/2020, around 1:00 PM

A very beautiful store and the utensils in it are unique. The downside is the high prices. As for the employees, frankly, they are very elegant and have a wonderful way of attracting customers. Special thanks to the employee in the store, Mr. Ahmed, his service to me was very excellent ❤️❤️
