Very nice

There is an elderly employee wearing a mask. Her words are more depressing than her face. She doesn't know how to chat at all and is very unbelievable. I saw her fire many employees without reason. Pink, they fired her. She doesn't know English at all.

The employee, Maryam, is very helpful. From the moment I entered until the end, she was with me and helping me. I would like to thank her.

I would like to thank the employee, Mona, for her good manners, giving options, and being fast, praise be to God. She serves from the heart and satisfies anyone who enters. She is a cheerful and smiling woman. May God grant her wellness. She is the most beautiful employee in the Granada branch.

I'm tired of coming to buy from them and you go in to a reception that is full of employees. The same employees are all alike, and each one throws me at the other to serve me as if I came to serve them and not to buy with my own money.

For women

I had the worst experience in the Pink store at Granada Mall. I’m 8 months pregnant and I needed to buy something that was on the lower shelves. All the woman employees there saw me trying to get things out of the lower shelves and not even 1 offered me some help. I finally realized that the reason I couldn’t find what I was looking for was because they had the clothes sizes mixed, so I had to go and ask someone to help me find the size I was looking for. This girl simply referred me to a different area of the store and said I could find them there, pointing at the lower shelves again. I was shocked because I couldn’t believe the lack of consideration that all the employees were showing. I started to look for what I needed and, no surprise, it was not the same item I was looking for. I ended up going back to where I was initially, basically looking into every single shelve until I found what I needed. I ended up tired and sweating because of the effort of bending over when you have a big belly in the middle of your body. I was in a hurry and I really needed to buy the items, but honestly, if this was just casual shopping I would’ve left the place immediately. What is more shocking and unbelievable to me is that those woman employees did not show 1 grade of sympathy with an 8 month pregnant woman. I don’t understand how they can work at a store with customers showing zero skills of customer service. I then went to another store and 1 man serviced me like no other. He carried my bags and was really attentive. He, who has never carried a baby in his body, was more comprehensive than those 5-6 ladies at the Pink store. Totally disgusted and disappointed. I’m never going back to this store again.

Wonderful place for buying clothes

The behavior of the store employee, whose name is Latifa... is very bad. Worse than him. I have never seen any manners, morals, or respect. Her words are so bad that she has a strange audacity in using bad words.
