Always had a pleasant experience whenever I visited Giordano Granada outlet, this is because the salesman Imam Basha always greeted with pleasant smile and helped us in chosing the required item and now we have developed enough trust on him that we blindly take his opinion and mostly go for it. I highly recommend if anyone wants to visit Giordano go to Granada outlet and you will be highly satisfied once you will buy something from there. Again credit goes to Imam for his professionalism and humbleness

The brand is well known for its reputation for reliable shoes and clothes but the employee she works there during morning shift needs a fast Rehabilitation to learn how to interact with customers….very bad attitude either by gestures or talks. I believe she needs help so help her

Service was mid, staff had no proper explanation to different shoes, box given was so horrible mind u i paid 900 riyal for this shoe i expected much more, small dirt around the leather, box came empty no timberland tag its supposed to come with, no wrappers nothing, i felt like i was unboxing a charity's shoe
