Tried to exchange an item I bought as a present after 2 days to a smaller size without a receipt. Store manager said it cannot be done a was not very helpful. I was not very satisfied with the reason and the treatment. I will never buy from this store again and do not recommend to anyone.

This store has the worst sales people. They simply couldn’t bother to do any work. Even leaving to get coffee while I am waiting for them to bring a certain shoe size. Timberland is great, but shop somewhere else.

Very bad service. Also. Woman selection is very limited. Only few shoes. 4 guys busy with stocks and unboxing and not serving any customers. They refused to serve although all other shops are open. They close for prayer for 30 min. I came back then they started working on boxes. Never listen. Until after long time the manager came to tell me to sit down. I told him I only want to exchange my shoe. Then he asked one of the guys to help me.
