I just entered to buy slippers to this shop. I must say they dont want to sell or theyre not helpful at all to foreigners i bought the slipper. I wanted to look to a toub , the seller told he wont show unless I buy!!! I neary forced to try to buy a dress.Terrible!!! İf you dont want foreigners in this country how will this country be doubled in population till 2030.tourism Office must take procautions about these kind of people immediately.

God suffices me for them Unfortunately, the worst service you will ever experience in your life. I bought clothes after I was informed that I could modify the dress at any time, as I could not find my appropriate size and he convinced me to take a little wider. After I bought it and had the opportunity to come and modify the dress, the tailor said he was traveling, and when I asked to modify it in any branch out of necessity, he said, “Each branch is separate, and I can only modify it in the current branch.” May God help us!!!

the customer service was so bad i literally had to go to another location to get my pandora bracelet. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND KEPT GIVING ME AND MY DAD DIRTY LOOKS ?? i had to go to the pandora at the faisaliah (much nicer if ure curious) and THANKFULLY i wont be going there EVER again but i dont want ppl to have the same experience as me.

Honestly the WORST SERVICE I’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. Bashayer helped me and she is the only good one, the other two assistants were asking her questions all the time and WASTING customers time. They wanted to pack their bracelets for display instead of packing my jewelery and letting me pay for it! Truly incompetent, without Bashayer I would have left without buying anything. Also: NO GIFT OPTIONS. NO RIBBONS, NO CARDS, NO GIFT PACKING. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
