It had been over a year since I shopped here and not really sure why I stopped shopping there but I recently decided to purchase a double-pocket felted shirt jacket. It surpassed my expectations. It fits true to size and excellent quality. Shipping was pretty fast, about 7 business days, which is always great. It has been a while since I shopped at HM.com but I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping more here.The staff was superb, very friendly and professional. Especially the store atmosphere was great. Keep it up 👍.

They deserve 0 stars! Worst customer service ever. I tried to return items after I was told to do so by the Costumer service Team of Alshaya H&M. I showed them an email stating clearly they should accept the return. The cashier takes me to the store manager who was sat on her phone relaxing. Who at first clearly didn’t even want to deal with me. She straight away said I didn’t receive an email without even checking. They just told me sorry we can’t do anything. Why do you have untrained unqualified store manager!
