The cashier was very rude this is my second time and it was the same cashier that was being rude when i came there a while ago. She ignored me when i asked her to put everything in a single bag instead of 2 and talking in a very disrespectful way safe to say never coming back to this branch
Why must the process be so complicated ? I went to exchange a gift that was bought online, and had with me the emailed invoice. They said i need the QR code. I left and returned later with the QR code. They said they can refund the amount to the card used for purchase but not exchange. I explained it was a gift and it wasnt my card, so i needed to exchange not refund. They appeared to understand... but then proceeded to refund the amount to the card anyway! So i basically just lost my gift and had to repurchase the new things myself. I asked how long it would take for the refund to go through, but they dont know. I now need to contact the person who sent the gift and explain the refund. So thank you Zara, for the waste of time, for the lost gift, and for the awkward conversation.
