I got one from them and one for free. I ordered a size 45 and a size 43. Naturally, there's a size difference. They sent me a 43, which looked like a 44.5. Of course, I didn't see the 45. That's a story, and I still haven't received the 45 yet, even two days before Ramadan. Of course, I spoke to Ms. Sherine, the Riyadh manager, and to Mohammed Al-Basha, the Saudi and Kuwaiti branch manager. But no response. I'll have another round on Google Maps with Echo. To also confirm the quality of the product, which is considered a high price compared to Europe by about 35-40%.

Why did I call the branch and no one answered? You told me that you would submit a refund request to your account. It has been a week and I still haven't received the refund!! This is the first time I've seen a policy that if an employee tries to exchange an item, the remaining amount is not returned to me and sits in my balance. If the employee knows about this policy, why doesn't she enter the system immediately to return the item and charge me for the new item??? Or do you want the amount to sit in my balance with you!!!

Very bad experience because of the employee who refused to exchange or return the product within two days. She said that the store policy is that they do not accept returns if you bought it from another branch and the branch manager is not present.
